The Senior Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and continuous improvement of FCTG headquarters operations. This position is responsible for maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment while providing high-level administrative support to identified Executive Leadership.

Maintain and manage office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors; answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Communicate and enforce office policies and procedures

Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and more efficient office management; implement approved new opportunities

Track and manage all office budget items including food, supplies, events, maintenance, and associated invoice processing

Collaborate with Manager to plan and execute company-wide events, including team lunches, Executive lunches, as well as on-site and off-site gatherings

Ensure the kitchen and Board Room are clean, organized, and fully stocked daily

Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and facility service providers

Oversee office cleaning and facilities maintenance, including kitchen upkeep, appliance maintenance and repair, and cleaning coordination

Partner with HR and the Safety Coordinator on office safety planning and compliance

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistical needs for visiting OpCo employees, vendors, customers, and candidates

Provide comprehensive administrative support for identified Executive Leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel booking, expense reporting, departmental invoice processing, and projects as assigned

Lead and manage logistics for company events for Business Development and Marketing sales and training

Required: 4 - 5 years of progressive experience supporting VP level Executives, as well as 2 - 3 years of office management
