Primary duties/responsibilities:
The Front Desk Sales Associate will often be the initial point of contact between Colorchrome and the client and, as such, will be required to learn the basics of the industry in order to speak knowledgeably about the company’s products and services with potential and current clients. The Front Desk Sales Associate will analyze clients’ needs and will refer clients to a project manager or account executive to assist with complex and/or long-term projects.
Front Desk Sales Associate will perform various office and administrative support duties, including but not limited to:
· Manage the front desk, representing Colorchrome in a positive and exemplary manner
· Greet and assist visitors and clients, in a friendly and professional manner, including helping to load/unload client’s vehicle
· Answer phone calls promptly conveying warmth and positivity
· Provide price quotes to clients
· Create work orders and distribute to Production teams
· Invoice orders and process client payments
· Forward phone and website leads, for larger and/or long-term clients, to the appropriate sales personnel
· Assist with general administrative tasks to facilitate the successful completion and documentation of projects
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail
· Demonstrate the daily discipline and desire to achieve goals with limited guidance, taking ownership of all tasks
· Seek opportunities to contribute in cross-departmental efforts
· Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Background:
· 2+ years of customer-facing sales or customer service experience required
· Previous experience in printing and/or framing industries is preferred
· Strong ability to influence buying decisions and negotiate effectively to bring about win-win solutions through consultative selling
· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and strong follow-up
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Agile problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook required
· Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred
Full-time, on-site position based in Norcross, GA. Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
