Make a Difference Through One-on-One Patient Care
Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our growing Home Health team serving Southwest Dallas, Northeast Dallas, and surrounding communities.
As a Home Health RN, you will provide individualized care to geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes while collaborating with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Visits typically last 45–60 minutes, giving you the time needed to provide quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct skilled nursing visits
- Complete Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), and recertification visits
- Provide IV care and patient monitoring
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- IV therapy experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Current TB documentation
Training & Support
Whether you are experienced in Home Health or transitioning into the specialty, our team is committed to your success. We provide comprehensive onboarding and training.
Training requires one week of Monday-Friday availability.
