Assistant Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service field
- History of working in a salon is a plus
- Interest in pursuing a career in cosmetology
- Positive attitude and personal drive
- Ability to multi-task in high energy environment
Duties Include
- Assisting stylists including prepping hair, blow-drying, and color applications
- Creating a positive lather lounge experience
- Maintaining the salon and spas high expectations of cleanliness
- Maintaining the flow of the business
- Caring for guest’s needs
- Assisting with inventory management and control (some light to moderate lifting)
- Assisting the management team
