MINT is looking for a full time Dishwasher + Salad Station Team Member to join our warm, creative, farm to table kitchen family.
This is so much more than washing dishes. You will be an important part of a scratch kitchen that believes in real food, real farms, and real care.
Each day you'll help prepare beautiful salads using fresh herbs and greens from local farms and our own gardens, wash and organize dishes, assist with food preparation, follow recipes, make dressings, pickle vegetables, prepare garnishes, stock stations, and help keep our kitchen running smoothly and beautifully.

At MINT, we make everything from scratch. We use organic ingredients whenever possible, fresh herbs, local produce, pasture raised meats, and real cooking techniques. You may find yourself pickling vegetables, preparing herbs from the garden, making salad dressings, portioning ingredients, assisting with desserts, helping with prep projects, and supporting our chefs in creating beautiful food for our guests.
This position is perfect for someone who loves staying busy, appreciates a well organized workspace, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in helping a team succeed.
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday
3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Some flexibility available for the right person
Weekends and holidays are required.
