Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct diving techniques, ensuring proper form and safety protocols are followed during training sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual skill levels, from beginner to advanced divers
- Monitor participants’ progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to promote continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe aquatic environment by enforcing rules, supervising activities, and responding swiftly to emergencies
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize competitions, clinics, or special events that enhance participant engagement
- Manage behavior and foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere for all swimmers and their families
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Dive Coach
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and students of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Certifications CPR/AED, First Aid are mandatory, along with a fingerprint clearance card and a few other classes.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,100.00 per month
