Comfort Keepers is looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home support to seniors in the Weatherford, TX (76086) area. Compensation & Benefits

$15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certification

Additional $1.50/hour weekend differential

What We’re Looking For
-
At least 1 year of experience providing care to seniors through an agency, facility, or private-duty setting
-
CNA certification is preferred but not required
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
-
Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds
-
Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus
-
Comfortable working in homes with small dogs and cats
-
Ability to remain responsive to calls, texts, and emails regarding scheduling
Typical Caregiver Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you may provide a combination of companionship and hands-on assistance based on each client’s individual care plan. Responsibilities may include:

Spending time with clients and providing companionship

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding

Helping clients maintain personal hygiene and daily routines

Providing medication reminders
-
Preparing meals and assisting with basic meal planning
-
Completing light household tasks such as laundry, changing linens, and tidying
-
Accompanying clients to appointments or helping with errands
-
Providing safe mobility and transfer assistance as needed

Following the client’s established care plan
-
Communicating changes or concerns to the appropriate office team member
-
Supporting families by providing dependable and compassionate care
