Job Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Project Manager to own our nanobubble water technology product line from concept to successful customer installation. This is a builder’s role for someone equally comfortable in a design review and on the shop floor with tools in hand. You’ll take full ownership of bringing products to life—designing the processes, assembling the equipment, and standing behind the outcome until the customer is up and running.
This is a ground-floor opportunity in a fast-growing company using nanobubble technology to clean and purify water—a field with real momentum and real impact.
Responsibilities
- Guide products from inception through design, build, install, and ongoing support.
- Build and assemble equipment: Physically construct and assemble systems involving plumbing and electrical connections.
- Create the playbook: Develop support documentation, installation procedures, and support processes from the ground up.
- Establish supply lines: Identify and manage vendors and supply chains needed to build and maintain the product.
- Drive successful installs: Manage installation projects, troubleshoot on site, and ensure each deployment meets spec.
- Partner with customers: Work directly with customers to understand needs and take personal ownership of a successful outcome.
- Travel as needed: Support product launches and key installations on site (up to 50% during launch phases).
Experience
- Engineering degree (mechanical, agricultural, industrial, or related)
- Strong mechanical aptitude—able to build and assemble equipment with plumbing and electrical components
- Hands-on background working with machinery and equipment (farm, fabrication, or shop experience a strong plus)
- Comfort with fluid systems, pumps, or fluid-handling concept
- Solid understanding of electrical and plumbing connections and safe work practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Customer-facing mindset and a true sense of ownership
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during launch phases
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
- Exposure to VFDs, pumps, or industrial water/fluid systems
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Experience writing test procedures, SOPs, or technical documentation
- CAD experience (Creo, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Vendor or supply chain coordination experience
