Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding food service and customer experiences.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Supervise daily shift operations, including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train new team members on food handling, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and customer service protocols.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics, implement improvements, and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen management and food production.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct staff interviews, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled team environment.
- Coordinate catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and budgeting principles within the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management.
- Experience in kitchen management or culinary roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform shift management duties effectively.
- Previous hotel or bar experience is a plus; barista or coffee experience is advantageous.

Pay: $56,835.41 - $80,446.95 per year
