As a trusted partner, you will transform ideas into action by preparing executive-ready materials, coordinating leadership initiatives, organizing critical information, and ensuring priorities move forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-through.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing documents, meeting summaries, FAQs, and business communications.
- Organize leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing action items, and tracking decisions.
- Maintain documentation repositories, Q&A logs, and version-controlled materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather inputs and drive execution.
- Support leadership workshops, onsite visits, and stakeholder engagements.
- Anticipate leadership needs, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively recommend solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years supporting senior leadership in Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong business writing abilities.
- Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, meeting materials, and leadership communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and maintaining structured documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive leadership in healthcare, consulting, technology, or other enterprise environments.
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Familiarity with information governance, documentation best practices, and collaboration tools.
