This job position you must have open availability. We are open 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. You will be working holidays and weekends
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash register area.
- Restock shelves and displays as needed.
- Assist with inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with other store associates to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- MUST have open availability. We are OPEN 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
