Job Title: RN Unit Manager *Overtime Available - Weekly Payments*
Pay Range: $65/hr to $75/hr *Overtime Rate is 1.5 of Regular rate*
Shifts Available: 7am to 3:30pm
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Duration: 13+ Weeks

Location: Albuquerque, NM 87112
Required:
- Active PA RN License.
- AHA BLS.
- 1+ year experience as RN Unit Manager.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the assigned nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), including scheduling, performance evaluation, training, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee care planning, documentation, and implementation of individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes in health status, and ensure timely communication with physicians, families, and care teams.
