Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all vehicle owners.
- Accurately listen to customer concerns, diagnose vehicle issues, and clearly communicate repair recommendations.
- Write detailed service estimates using auto estimating software, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services.
- Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission repairs to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive service records and follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies including diesel engines, air brakes, shocks & struts, auto body repair, and other specialized services.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a strong background in auto service management and customer relations.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures across various vehicle types.
- Skilled in auto estimating software, service writing, and auto sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Familiarity with a wide range of automotive services including oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, shocks & struts replacement, diesel engine repairs, and transmission work.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience in upselling services by identifying customer needs without being pushy.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
