Due to the rapid growth at Homesley Dental, we are looking to expand our team by adding a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Assistant. You will often be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they call the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a dental office is required.
*Job Requirements*
- Answer phone calls and assist patients/prospective patients with their questions
- Utilize dental software to help maintain a full schedule for hygiene and doctors
- Verify insurance information
- Coordinate treatment with external referrals
