This is a part-time position working 3 days per week, 20 hours per week at our North Public Health Center, located in Addison. We are seeking a bi-lingual candidate that is passionate about helping the residents of DuPage County.
Completion of some college coursework and three years of customer service within a health care setting which included experience with health insurance and/or healthcare billing and patient access or patient accounts. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. The ability to become a Certified Application Counselor with the Illinois Department of Insurance is required.
