We are a full service experienced moving company. We are family owned and operated and are looking for a highly motivated forward-thinking customer service supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
· Answering calls, emails and online inquiries
· Schedule estimates, moves, confirm appointments
· Assist customers with questions regarding services, pricing and logistics
· Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements
· 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
· Prior experience in the moving industry helpful
· Strong phone presence – Must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
· Detail oriented person with customer service and coordinating experience
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively while demonstrating strong organizational skills
· Strong Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
