Do you enjoy graphic design, creative projects, and meeting people? Squire Boone Village is looking for a creative and detail-oriented team member to join our Marketing Department. This role combines graphic design, product knowledge, trade show travel, and marketing support in a fun and fast-paced environment.
If you're someone who loves working in Adobe Creative Suite, enjoys keeping projects organized, and doesn't mind packing a suitcase for major U.S. cities like Las Vegas, New York City, Atlanta, or Pigeon Forge, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Design and update wholesale catalogs, promotional materials, signage, and other marketing pieces using Adobe Creative Suite
- Become an expert on our product line, including new releases, discontinued items, pricing changes, and ordering requirements
- Travel to trade shows in the U.S. several times throughout the year to represent Squire Boone Village
- Set up and dismantle trade show booths and displays
- Engage with customers, answer product questions, and write orders during trade shows
- Follow-up with leads and opportunities generated from trade shows
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional projects
- Support social media content and email marketing campaigns (experience in these areas is a plus)
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Office applications to manage projects and communications

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods during trade shows
- Capable of setting up and dismantling trade show displays and materials
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at trade shows for multiple consecutive days
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop (required)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person at trade shows
- Graphic design, marketing, or sales experience preferred
- Experience with social media management or email marketing is a plus
