Ulrich & Co is a top-tier cleaning service for short-term and mid-term rentals. We help hosts impress guests by delivering spotless and fully reset homes after each stay. We are seeking a highly organized, flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to clean, maintain, and make-ready our short-term rental properties. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working solo, you'll fit right in! Pay starts at $18+ per hour (DOE)!
What You'll Do
- Clean and reset short-term and mid-term rental properties after guest checkouts
- Tackle all areas: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry, floors, etc.
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure every space meets our standards
- Restock basic supplies and report any damage or missing items
- Drive to properties (sometimes multiple in a day)

Qualifications:
- Being detail-oriented is absolutely necessary
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Smartphone for receiving jobs, using apps that we utilize, and taking photos
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and some holidays
- Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently
- Cleaning experience is a plus but not required
