Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee home organization projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals for each space
- Manage a team of professional organizers, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Develop customized organization plans that optimize space utilization and enhance daily living
- Coordinate logistics for project supplies, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction
- Incorporate additional services such as cleaning, laundry, sanitation, or childcare support when needed to create comprehensive solutions
- Uphold safety protocols and sanitation standards during all project activities
- Foster a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, property management, or hospitality roles with a focus on organization or customer service
- Prior leadership experience managing teams or projects in home or hotel settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with household chores such as cooking, laundry, cleaning, and sanitation practices
- Experience working with families or individuals requiring childcare or personal assistance is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members
- Knowledge of organizational tools and techniques to optimize space and workflow
