We are seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to support several skilled nursing facilities across Southern Ohio. This role is for a high-energy sales professional who isn’t afraid to walk into hospitals, connect with referral partners, and turn opportunities into admissions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community referral sources
Actively generate and close new referral opportunities to grow census across multiple skilled nursing facilities
Conduct regular hospital visits, facility tours, and community outreach
Identify new referral sources and strategic partnerships within the region
Work closely with facility leadership to align admissions, marketing strategy, and census goals
Track referral activity and maintain a strong pipeline of potential admissions
Represent our facilities with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community
Proven success in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development
Experience working with skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care strongly preferred
Comfortable prospecting, networking, and closing referrals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to travel throughout Southern Ohio to support regional facilities
