JOB SUMMARY: Keeps the building and equipment in good repair. Repairs a variety of machines, equipment, and building functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on a regularly scheduled basis recommended by machine manufacturers and our needs
- Ensure compliance of ESD flooring and shelving as required per KIMCHUK work instructions
- Program SMT, AOI and selective soldering equipment.
- Evaluate and select new equipment to support the manufacturing process including ROI analysis
- Set up and adjust machines as needs dictate
- Responsible for spare parts inventory on production equipment
- Layout and set-up of changes involving power, air, water & equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
