As a CNA/Certified Medication Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our care team, working closely with a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality care. In this role, you will:

Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards

Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily resident care

Help residents maintain their highest level of physical and emotional well-being

Encourage independence while promoting safety and dignity

Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to ensure timely care

A high school diploma or GED

At least 3 months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties

A current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification

A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, including required in-services

A caring attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to resident-centered care

Must be 18 years of age or older (per Department of Labor regulations)
