We're looking for experienced individuals who are comfortable working multiple stations in a fast-paced Italian kitchen.

- Line Cook
- Pizza Maker
- Prep Cook
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
- Stretch, top, and bake pizzas consistently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner service
- Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen team members
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Pizza-making experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Weekend and evening availability required
