Full Job Description

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
3-5 years of IT and business experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms.
Previous technical management experience in a dynamic high-technology environment is a key to success in this position.

Required:
Knowledge of financial systems budgeting, Application Development experience as a Technical Lead, Experience with HEDIS reporting, Advanced Business Intelligence Application Development and Reporting, Advanced MS Excel. Desired: Experience developing with Microsoft Business Intelligence Tool Suite, MS Project, Visio, Logical and Physical Data Modeling, full SDLC and PMO process experience
