Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Usage Analyst to track daily usage of materials across 35 installation teams. The primary goal is to ensure accurate reporting of product ounces used per job to detect and prevent potential theft or misuse.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track daily material usage reports submitted via app by each install team
- Make daily phone calls to teams that fail to submit or have discrepancies in reports
- Maintain accurate logs and follow up consistently
- Communicate with management about trends, issues, and red flags
- Train new team leads on reporting expectations
- Provide regular summaries of usage patterns and anomalies
Experience
- Previous experience in the home services industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
