Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently creates a welcoming environment as customers enter or exit the store!
- Proactively seeks opportunities to deliver great customer experience.
- Introduces current sales, promotions, and any other initiatives to gain customer loyalty.
- Completes sales transactions and maintain proper accountability at registers.
- Processes merchandise returns and exchanges courteously as per company guidelines.
- Assists in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise.
- Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction.
- Maintains the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, and visual displays.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment.
- Lead, support, and coach Associates on sales techniques, customer service and product expertise.
- Reinforce store policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Assist the Store Manager in executing retail strategies that drive sales growth!
- Assists in daily store recovery, before, during or after store opening hours; opening & closing.
- Adapts to an environment that changes quickly while managing multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in speaking both Spanish and English
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
