Overview
Our client is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst / Manager to support reporting strategy, pipeline analytics, sales performance visibility, and operational improvement initiatives across a growing organization. This role will partner closely with senior sales leadership and operational stakeholders to drive accountability, improve business intelligence capabilities, and surface actionable insights that directly impact business performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps) and be able to clearly articulate how RevOps supports business growth, sales execution, forecasting, territory alignment, and operational scalability. This individual should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high expectations around ownership, analytical thinking, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive weekly reporting cadence across the business
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations focused on:
- Sales pipeline performance
- Meeting and activity metrics
- Territory performance and alignment
- Prospecting effectiveness
- Revenue trends and operational KPIs
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance gaps
- Surface actionable insights to sales leadership and executive stakeholders
- Support accountability and visibility into sales productivity and business performance
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, reporting strategy, and operational optimization initiatives
- Improve and expand existing Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities
- Build executive-ready analytics and reporting to support GTM strategy and operational decision-making
- Assist with commercial performance initiatives and growth-focused operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in:
- Revenue Operations
- Sales Operations
- FP&A / Commercial Finance
- Business Analytics
- Consulting / Professional Services
- Investment Banking / Revenue Analytics
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations principles and sales performance metrics
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations in:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Looker
- or similar BI/reporting tools
- Experience working within Salesforce CRM environments
- Advanced Excel expertise required, including:
- Complex modeling
- Pivot architecture
- Scenario analysis
- Data manipulation and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, or related field preferred)

- Experience supporting growth-oriented or PE-backed environments
- Exposure to pricing analytics, revenue optimization, or commercial strategy initiatives
- Understanding of sales territory planning, prospecting strategy, and operational KPI management
- Experience supporting distributed sales organizations and multi-location operations

- Role reports into senior leadership
- Organization supports approximately 30 branch locations
- Sales organization includes both regional sales representatives and strategic account teams
- Strong business acumen and operational mindset are more important than specific industry experience
- Must be local to or willing to work onsite in the Charlotte, NC area 4 days per week
