Wage: $22/hour + 10% Commission (average $800/closing, 2 per month)
Work Hours:
- 12 hours per week/2.5 hours per day between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- MWF in office, TR flex to work from home
- Mandatory daily virtual meeting 8:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. MTWRF, Pipeline meeting at 12pm on Monday and biweekly 30-minute one on one meeting.
Role:
Building relationships with our community and clients alike to welcome as family while connecting to resources, problem-solving any issues, and serving as an optimistic person they can turn to for assistance.
Role Functions:
- Inbound: answer phone calls and texts, schedule appointments for agents, assist callers with needs, make specific notes in CRM about conversations, visit/video listings, assign new leads to autoplans in CRM and conduct consistent follow up and other duties as assigned.
- Outbound: mail/deliver postcards and gifts, invite clients to events/giveaways, attend events, shadow agents, conduct care calls/check-ins for clients/leads, and other duties as assigned.
