Handle, wash, cut, trim, and package fresh fruits and vegetables

Work on production lines to meet daily output and quality goals

Use knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently

Follow all GMP, food safety, and QA guidelines

Wear required PPE such as gloves, aprons, and cut‑resistant equipment
-
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
-
Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly

Cold, refrigerated production floor (3438°F)
-
Wet conditions with consistent contact with water and fresh produce
-
Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Ability to work in cold and wet conditions

Ability to work overtime

Comfortable standing for long periods (810 hours)

Ability to lift 4050 lbs frequently

Comfortable using knives and handheld cutting tools

Team player with reliable attendance

Willingness to follow strict food safety and PPE guidelines

Previous production or food processing experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!

Standing, walking, bending, and repeated movements throughout the shift

Frequent use of hands for trimming, sorting, cutting, and packaging
