Job Title: Picker/Packer
Location: Addison, IL
Pay Rate: $16.55 to $17.55 per hour on W2
1*_st_ Shift – 03.50 AM to 04.00 PM (Monday to Thursday) *
2*_nd_ Shift – 03.50 PM to 04.00 AM (Monday to Thursday) & Working Every Other Weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)*
Job Description:
- Inspect bottles on the production line, comparing to approved samples.
- Pack acceptable bottles into approved shipping containers.
- Separate and report non-conforming bottles.
- Palletize full containers for removal from the production area.
- Follow all safety and quality policies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with assembly, hand-packing, or visual inspection is a plus.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Basic math, computer, and organizational skills.
- Must wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety regulations.
