We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales – Industrial Services to lead our sales organization and drive strategic growth. This executive-level position is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the industrial services sector.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company's overall sales and business development strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Industrial Services sales team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the petrochemical, refinery, chemical, power generation, and heavy industrial markets.
- Maintain and expand executive-level relationships with existing customers while developing strategic partnerships with new clients.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish annual sales goals, pricing strategies, and business objectives.
- Oversee major customer accounts and participate in contract negotiations for high-value projects.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure successful project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics while providing regular reports to company leadership.
- Identify upcoming turnarounds, capital projects, and maintenance opportunities to position Clean-Co Systems for continued growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, networking functions, and trade associations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic pricing decisions.
- Ensure customer accounts remain in good standing by partnering with internal teams on billing and collections when necessary.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of successful sales and business development experience within the industrial services industry.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams, business development professionals, or commercial operations.
- Extensive experience selling industrial services to petrochemical plants, refineries, chemical facilities, power generation plants, and other heavy industrial customers.
- Proven ability to generate new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and TWIC with the ability to travel to customer sites.
- Existing relationships with refinery or industrial plant personnel are highly preferred.

Compensation
This executive position offers a highly competitive base salary plus a performance-based incentive program designed to reward revenue growth, profitability, and strategic business development.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
