This full-time contract opportunity allows you to work directly with students, teachers, and families, using your expertise to foster academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Previous experience in a K-12 setting is strongly preferred
- Competency with assessment tools, MTSS/RTI processes, and developing IEPs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to school-based routines and schedules
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Participate in problem-solving teams and provide consultation regarding interventions and best practices
- Offer crisis intervention, behavioral management guidance, and support for at-risk students
- Serve as a resource for mental health awareness and positive school climate initiatives
- Document evaluations and progress in accordance with all regulatory standards
