What You'll Do
Drive census growth by developing and maintaining hospital relationships
Conduct daily hospital rounds to identify and secure new referrals
Build strong partnerships with case managers, discharge planners, and physicians
Promote facility services and communicate clinical capabilities and bed availability
Partner with Admissions to ensure timely response and conversion of referrals to admissions
Monitor referral pipeline and actively follow up to convert leads into admissions
Support smooth and efficient hospital-to-facility transitions
Represent the facility in hospital meetings and community outreach efforts
Participate in sales and marketing efforts to promote our services and brand
Track and report census activity, referral trends, and growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in hospital liaison, admissions, or healthcare marketing preferred
Strong understanding of skilled nursing or post-acute care settings
Proven ability to drive census growth and admissions volume
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
