Flores & Family Logistics Group is hiring independent Field Technicians to support electric scooter fleet operations throughout Baltimore. This is a 1099 contractor position.
Responsibilities
- Perform battery swaps.
- Retrieve damaged or offline scooters.
- Diagnose and perform basic field repairs.
- Load, transport, and unload scooters safely.
- Complete assigned routes using the company app.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Pickup truck or cargo van required.
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Smartphone with reliable data service.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
- Mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Weekly pay.
- Consistent work available for dependable contractors.
Pay: $100.00 - $450.00 per day
