Senior Freight Broker / Account Executive
Pay: $90,000 - $250,000+ per year

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and transportation providers
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Prospect and secure new shipping opportunities
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
- Coordinate freight movements from pickup through delivery
- Resolve service issues and provide exceptional customer support
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records
- Work closely with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure successful execution
Qualifications
- 2+ years of freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation experience
- Existing customer relationships and book of business strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of truckload, LTL, and transportation markets
Compensation
This position includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. High-performing brokers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures based on performance.
