ALH Building Systems is a leading manufacturer of wood trusses and panels. We are seeking a General Laborer to join our production team.
Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Assemble wall panels, floor trusses, and roof trusses with precision and quality.

Read blueprints to measure and cut lumber accurately.

Safely operate nail guns, saws, and other power tools.

Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Inspect finished components for quality and make adjustments as needed.

Follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Qualifications:-
Experience in carpentry, wood framing, or manufacturing preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Proficient and safe operation of hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
