Equipment Operator / Operations Team Member (Year-Round)
Pay: $18.00–$35.00 per hour (Based on experience)

CORE Advantage is looking for a dependable, motivated Equipment Operator / Operations Team Member to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on, year-round position where no two days are the same. One day you may be operating equipment in our transfer station, while the next you could be working on a job site loading trucks, building gravel pads, grading, or moving materials.
We're looking for someone who enjoys operating equipment but also understands that being part of a great team means pitching in wherever needed. This is not a position where you'll spend every hour in a machine. There will be times you'll assist customers, perform general labor, help keep our yard organized, and support other areas of our operation.
Whether you have years of experience or are just getting started, we're willing to train the right person. We value a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate wheel loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
- Load customer vehicles with gravel, dirt, sand, mulch, and other landscape materials
- Operate equipment in our public transfer station
- Load roll-off containers, dump trucks, and walking floor trailers
- Assist with gravel work, dirt work, grading, and site preparation
- Provide friendly customer service at our transfer station
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Keep equipment, buildings, and the yard clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general labor and other operational tasks as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Equipment Experience
Experience operating similar equipment is preferred, but exact machine experience is not required. We're happy to train the right candidate.
Equipment you may operate includes:
- Case 621D Wheel Loader
- Case 221F Compact Wheel Loader
- CAT Skid Steers
- Bobcat Skid Steers
- Other heavy equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Previous heavy equipment experience is preferred, but not required
- Construction, excavation, landscaping, demolition, trucking, or aggregate experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license strongly preferred
- CDL is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime available
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
