As a Service Tech, you will be the face of our company in the fielddiagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems while delivering a top-notch customer experience.
Diagnose & Repair: Perform accurate troubleshooting and high-quality repairs on [HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical] systems in residential and commercial settings.
Customer Advisor: Communicate technical issues to customers in plain, easy-to-understand language. Offer honest options and recommendations without pushy tactics.
Quality & Safety: Maintain high workmanship standards, adhering to local codes and safety protocols on every job site.
System Efficiency: Perform routine maintenance and multi-point inspections to keep equipment running reliably.
Tech & Logistics: Use our digital dispatch tools to track work orders, manage inventory on your provided van, and complete accurate job notes.

Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities across electrical, mechanical, and system controls.
Certifications & Compliance: Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record (Required). EPA Universal certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and participate in E-Verify work authorization.
