What You’ll Do (Inside Sales / Lead Generation)
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
- Make outbound cold calls to local business owners
- Set appointments for Account Executives
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads
- Research target accounts and decision-makers
- Use CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to track activity and pipeline
- Maintain daily call and outreach activity goals
- Support territory growth initiatives
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary starting at $36,000 (based on experience)
- Commission and performance bonuses
- Total Compensation Range: $36,000–$80,000+
