Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of desserts and pastries

Supervise morning operations through breakfast service

Working \baker's\ hours, approximately 3am-11am

Operate kitchen equipment required for position

Prepare foods/pastries according to recipe guidelines and standards

Collaborate with a talented team of culinary professionals
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years relevant/supervisory experience

Ability to work under pressure with focus on timeliness

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.

Follow all company safety and policy procedures

High School Diploma or equivalent
