We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations during the closing shift. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities during the night shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain high standards of service.
- Manage food service operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train new staff members on operational procedures, including cash handling and food safety practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
