Overview
An established service-based organization is seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to oversee plumbing operations, team performance, and overall service delivery.
This role requires a balance of leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to drive revenue through effective coaching and accountability. The right candidate will lead from the front, support their team in the field, and help elevate both performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plumbing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Lead, coach, and develop field technicians to improve both technical performance and customer interactions
- Drive revenue performance by training team members on service recommendations, communication, and closing opportunities
- Monitor key performance metrics and hold team members accountable to goals
- Conduct quality checks and provide real-time feedback in the field
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and strong customer experience
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and results
Qualifications
- Experience in a plumbing leadership role (manager, supervisor)
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, service, and installation work
- Proven ability to coach and develop technicians, including improving performance and productivity
- Experience driving revenue through service-based sales or upselling
- Comfortable reviewing performance metrics and managing to goals
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance hands-on support with team leadership

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
