Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive property presentations, highlighting the unique benefits of our vacation ownership programs while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Negotiate sales terms effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to company policies and legal standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, guiding them through the sales process, and offering post-sale support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure all sales practices are compliant and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in timeshare sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client relationship building.
