We're looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to partner with our Executive Chef in leading a high-performing culinary team. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment, loves developing people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding food every day.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of culinary supervisory experience required.
- Minimum of 6 years of cooking experience in an upscale dining establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of all stations and techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
- A desire and ability to learn and grow in the position and within the company.
- Ability to stand for prolonged hours.
- Ability to carry and/or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Pay Range:
$68,000 - $72,000 annual paid at an hourly rate with approximately 10 hours of overtime per week.
