Diagnose mechanical issues with HVAC systems and equipment and troubleshoot to resolve them effectively.
· Make necessary repairs/replacement to any part/component of an HVAC system or any component affiliated to operate the HVAC system.
· Abide by all safety guidelines set forth by Guardian .
· Provide excellent customer service with an in-depth knowledge of HVAC products and services available. Always Provide 5 Star performance and above.
· Ability to offer products and services with a professional overall demeanor. Tech should have knowledge of repair versus replacement and be able to give customers there options.
· Ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services.
· Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding appearance and uniform.
Truck will not go home at night but will give gas allowance
What You’ll Need:
- A GREAT attitude always and a desire to learn and grow with the team .
- A valid US driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Able to get your self to work Mon thru Fri 7:45 am to work full 8 hour shift
- We are off weekends to enjoy our familys.
Pay: $22.00 - $50.00 per hour
