Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Inventory & Compliance Specialist to support our Sacramento location.
This is a critical, precision-driven role where speed, accuracy, and strict adherence to California cannabis regulations are essential. The ideal candidate takes pride in getting every detail right, maintaining clean systems, and ensuring inventory is processed accurately and on time—without exception.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and activate inventory with speed and absolute accuracy
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and fully compliant with CA cannabis (DCC) regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine audits
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies with urgency
- Track and document damaged or expired products in compliance
- Monitor stock levels and proactively communicate inventory needs
- Fulfill orders (online, mobile, in-store) with precision and quality control
- Double-check all orders prior to packaging or handoff
- Support reporting for inventory planning and replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant stockroom
- Communicate updates and progress with the team

Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in inventory, logistics, or retail operations preferred
- Experience in cannabis or regulated environments is a strong plus
- Comfortable using inventory systems and Google Sheets
- Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
