Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces including apartment hallways and vacant units.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
