Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily recycling operations. This hands-on role involves handling solar panels and materials, operating equipment, and keeping the warehouse safe and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move solar panels and components
- Assist with dismantling and sorting panels for recycling
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools (training available)
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety and recycling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Forklift experience/certification preferred (not required)
- Mechanical or basic electrical knowledge is a bonus
- Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
