Play It Again Sports Traverse City is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead the charge! What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep the store running like a well-oiled machine, assisting with daily operations
- Help lead and motivate a growing team of sales associates
- Assist with managing inventory, restocking, and merchandising to keep our gear game strong
- Support scheduling, training, and team development
- Deliver outstanding customer service and solve challenges quickly and effectively
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Work directly with the Store Manager and ownership to support business strategy and growth
- Work with your hands by performing ski, skate, and golf services with excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and desire to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Retail & leadership experience desirable but not required
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Good character and a strong work ethic
- A passion for sports and active lifestyles is a big plus
