Because these projects move quickly and require high-touch client service, team members gain broad experience across all phases of construction.In this role, you will:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Respond quickly to client requests and project needs
- Assist with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and procurement
- Support project financial tracking and reporting
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Participate in client meetings and project updates
- Assist with contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Project Manager role
